... that's a wrap on 2024!
This past year's market season looked a little different for us as we welcomed the newest SS mini team member this year! We participated in some new markets near + far, as well as some of our most favourite local events. From brand new product released to winning awards, 2024 was one for the books!
Walk with us down memory lane as we reminisce on some of our favourite events + moments from this past year. The biggest THANK YOU for your continued support, year 11 for SARAH'S SOAPS was an amazing one!
TERRA WINTER WELLNESS MARKET: Side Hustle Events
Our first market of the year, we kicked off at Terra Greenhouse in Waterdown surrounded by tropical plants, yoga, dance classes and makers. What a way to spend a winter day! We don't do too many events in the Hamilton area, so this was a special day. Thank you to all who came out to visit us!
MOTHER'S DAY MARKET: Grand Oak Collective
Spent a sweet Saturday at Grand Oak Culinary Market for their Mother's Day Market, our first spring market of 2024 where we launched everyone's favourite WILDFLOWER + PINK CLAYS soap for the spring season! Surrounded by amazing local makers in the beautiful Grand Oak Culinary event space with delicious treats + refreshing drinks - a Saturday well spent.

THE FENWICK MARKET & Trunk Show
Our first time at The Fenwick Market did not disappoint... what an incredible weekend! Even through the crazy rain/hail storm on day 1, the Niagara community showed up. Day 2 brought sweet sunshine as the market was bustling with delicious eats + treats, live music, and over 75+ local makers, small businesses + vendors. We made so many wonderful memories this weekend + we are already counting down the days until FM2025 - thank you to the wonderful organizers Katie + Olivia for an incredible market weekend!
SPRING HANDMADE MARKET: The HandMade Market Niagara
The love we have for The HandMade Market is no secret - our favourite markets of the year! We love seeing so many familiar faces at this local market which houses makers from all over Southern Ontario for the weekend. If you've been to one of HandMade Market's events, you know + understand just how wonderful this community truly is. This was our 13th event with Mark + Jennifer (who are the lovely organizers) and we were proudly sporting our baby bump at one of our last markets of the summer season before we welcomed our newest little addition to our family!
TORONTO FLOWER MARKET: 2024 market season
Oh hey GTA - so happy to be back for the first time in many years, and to be surrounded by beautiful locally grown flowers at The Toronto Flower Market in downtown Toronto was the cherry on top! Peonies as far as the eye could see, fluffy ranunculus + bright snap dragons really set the tone for this beautiful June market. We were delighted to connect with many of our Toronto customers IRL, meet new ones + of course indulge in a few beautiful bouquets to take home to the studio. Toronto, you did not disappoint... thank you. What a beautiful way to end our summer market season!
HERNDER ESTATES WINERY:
Our first market back after our maternity leave was a great success, and we started it off strong with a 2 day market! We were met with so many welcoming faces, our second year at the Hernder Summer Market. Local makers, tasty food + live music. What a great weekend we had!
VINELAND ARTFEST: Thanksgiving Market Weekend
Our most favourite fall market, year after year! Although we had a rainy day that weekend, you all showed up with smiling faces + embraced the weather! This market is a yearly tradition for so many, us included. Always so grateful that you decide to spend a little bit of your holiday weekend with us.
CRAFTADIAN BURLINGTON: Holiday Market
We love Burlington, and Craftadian Burlington is always on our radar! In 2024, we spend 2 back-to-back days in Burlington, with so many of you coming to visit us from out of town. We are always so grateful for your support! Of course, we checked off some holiday shopping from some incredible local makers. Handmade gifts are the best gifts!

HANDMADE MARKET: Holiday
The HandMade Market holds a special place in our heart, 2024 being our 14th market with HMM! We spent this lovely 3 day market chatting skincare, sharing goods + of course, doing our own local holiday shopping. We even had customers come from over the border to the market to shop with us! Thank you Jennifer, Mark + the entire HandMade team for yet another incredible market year!
